Who is behind Playember?

Hugo - one of the top F2P mobile games developers, having published over 20 games with leading publishers including Voodoo, Applovin, BoomBit and Kwalee.

Jon - serial gaming entrepreneur. Built and exited one of the earliest mobile ad networks. Lead games studios, publisher, gaming tech companies - AdColony, BoomBit, Homa Games. Worked with brands like Audi, Hasbro, Paramount Pictures, Warner Brothers to make cool mobile games and experiences.

Between them they have had over 1 billion downloads of their games and are now leading PlayEmber and Emby into new adventures!

Playember's Backers

In 2022, Shima Capital led investments into Playember, joined by Big Brain Holdings, Huobi Ventures, Hyperithm, Warburg Serres, and Lyrik Capital.

Playember has received $2.3 million in funding so far.
