Pavol Strieborný gained his skills with long-term investing activities as well as being in various executive positions in the banking sector for more than 20 years. He gained important knowledge about working efficiently with finances throughout his professional career. One thing is for sure nothing is priced good enough for Pavol, so he always finds a way to get the best deal on the market. Strategic finance planning a few years ahead with every detail and possible outcome implemented in mathematics is the way he likes his department to work.

Sebastián believes that with hard work, you can overcome any obstacles and achieve any goal.

In 2019, I launched a systems development company with a keen focus on smart contracts.
At present, our team consists of 20 employees based in Japan, two dedicated labs in Vietnam, and a continuous development force of over 20 individuals. We boast over 10 dApp development achievements and are currently working on six blockchain games.
In addition to this, I am a recognized Crypto influencer with a following of 41,000 on X and a community of 13,000 on Discord. I manage CryptoLoungeGOX, located in Shinjuku, Japan, where we collaborate with numerous domestic and international projects. I am widely recognized in the Japanese Crypto industry and maintain relationships with nearly all Japanese communities and GameGuild. This game has also been fortunate enough to secure a grant from the OASYS Foundation.

Taro Nishimura - Founder

Over 15 years of experience in the field of IT. My portfolio includes advising listed companies, managing IT startups, providing consultancy services, authoring books, and delivering seminars.
In 2022, I took up the position of representative at T2WEB, where I developed the first Initial NFT Offering (INO) platform in Japan, among other products, specifically for the Japanese market. Our endeavor received startup support from Microsoft, which undoubtedly contributed to our success.

Shinya Inoue - CEO

Experienced cross-border business professional with expertise in international marketing. I am fluent in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Hindi. With extensive international experience in China, India, and Argentina, he entered the blockchain industry in 2021, becoming a marketing advisor for numerous crypto projects. Currently serving as the CMO of T2WEB, and actively participates in blockchain events worldwide like Vietnam, US, Korea, Thailand, HK, France, Singapore, etc. Exceling in international communication and cultural understanding, aiming to establish long-lasting connections and friendships that extend beyond business relationships.

Masakazu Kobayashi - CMO

As an Application Specialist at Philips, I provided support from both medical and technical perspectives, contributing to various projects. Subsequently, I worked at Metaps, a publicly listed company, for four years, where I gained significant experience in developing analytics tools for the gaming industry. I also played a key role in launching new projects and driving organizational changes within the development department.
Since last year, I have taken on the role of CTO at T2WEB, leading research and development of cutting-edge Web3 technologies in collaboration with a lab team in Vietnam and teams in Japan and India. I have been instrumental in coordinating the planning and development of INO sites, working closely with exchanges. Believing in the potential of Web3 games, I am leading efforts to integrate Web2 and Web3 technologies to create more engaging and transparent gaming experiences.

During this phase, our team experimented with different approaches and prototyped gameplay design to gather feedback from the internal team. We invested in building reusable systems that allowed us to prototype new ideas quickly. This included our modular character system, modular clothing system, environment kits, quest system, combat system, etc.

Pre-production (18 months)

After extensive iteration in our pre-production, we were able to finally come up with a playable single-player demo. The reception has been 95% satisfactory so far. With the remaining 5% saying that they wanted more out of the demo that they've played. The early access game is playable on the Epic Games Store (requires access key).


Pre-alpha (3 months)

Chain Crisis is led by crypto pioneer James Florentino, who launched the Philippines' first Bitcoin exchange in 2013 and sold it in 2015, he brings 20+ years of software and a decade of blockchain expertise. Chain Crisis, his fourth startup, secured $2M in pre-seed funding and quickly developed a playable game prototype, demonstrating his capability to innovate and execute swiftly.

To celebrate the creativity and engagement of our community, we are thrilled to introduce a point reward system for the Xter.AI Art Gala. Participants can gain points through two primary methods during the event, which spans across four themes.
At the end of each theme, the top 100 works will receive point rewards, which will be distributed according to the predetermined ratio for creators and holders set at the time of the work's publication.
Additionally, daily lotteries offer another exciting way to gain points.

**[Point Reward Acquisition Rules]**
*Method 1: AI Creation Participation*
During the Xter.AI Art Gala, players can use AI to create works.
Anyone can purchase shards of these works to support them.
The price of a shard increases as the quantity of shards on the market grows, and artworks are ranked according to the highest-priced shard currently available.
After each of the four themes, works ranked in the top 100 will receive point rewards.
Points for each work are allocated based on the creator-holder distribution ratio determined at the time of publication.
The portion of points for holders is further distributed according to the number of shards held.
*Method 2: Daily Lottery*
The lottery is open to players who mint shards and hold a minimum of 10 shards on that day.

**[Timeframe]**
The event is divided into four themes, with each theme concluding with a reward distribution for the top 100 works. Each theme lasts 7 days.
